Have you Forwarding your TCP&UDP ports in your router?
Yo´d find a guide list to configure routers (guides on how to setup port forwarding): http://portforward.c...routerindex.htm
Select your router from a list and choose eMule guide.
Also, you must create software firewall rules to eMule.exe and TCP&UDP protocols.

If you don't have access to router then you will only be able to connect Low-Id (firewalled), but it will all still work ok.

If you are using Imagenio you need to forward ports through Alejandra.
Perhaps you will be more comfortable in Spanish Support

Cheers :D

You only need Alejandra if you have suscribed Imagenio service. BTW it is in Spanish, you are living in Spain.

Do you have any server in your list?

Cheers :D
