Why So Low ?

Hi guys I just registered in this forum to ask the following question
HOW COME I'M DOWNLOADING WITH LIKE 5KBs (10KB the most) when my conection is 1MB
:furious: :confused: :confused: :unsure:
A few days ago when I first installed the latest emule (0.49) my bandwdith was GREAT I was downloading with more than 90KB !!!!!
But the next day I launched emule I was getting ONLY 5KB :worthy: :worthy: PLEASE HELP
