Hi All, Need this urgent help!!!
recently we switched to a satalite internet provider and eversince my woes with emule started. earlier i had configured my local router to get high ids and i was working fine for more than three years now. Just a couple of weeks back we switched over to another isp and i dont' have anymore control over the settings as all the settings are managed from the isp's end. My strange problem is this. Kad connects me and gives me high id, but Server connects me and gives me a high id but in that instant it gets disconnected and attempts to connect to another server, the same happens to that too and it goes on and on and on...! until the server list is used up!!!

can any one help me on this? can the isp disconnect me automatically?

There are often posts about frequent server disconnection and they are often not solved.

But in your case it really does sound like it's related to the satellite connection (never been friendly with Emule). If you can maintain connection to Kad then just use that.

yeah, i can maintain constant connection with kad, but downloads on kad are very few and often don't get enough sources. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
