Files and Users are simply a total of the stats of servers in your list.

Rather that showing too few (not sure I would consider 60 million so few!), it is unnaturally high. This tells us you have many fake servers and this is confirmed by having far too many in your list.

The number of servers in your list and how many users/files each has is not particularly significant, The only important thing is making sure whichever servers you do have are all genuine.

There's plenty of information here on how to get and keep good serverlists, including in the help & guides section.

For instance Follow these steps
  • Go to Options/Server
  • Set number of errors allowed before removing the server to 9
  • Click List button that appears next to the option Auto update
  • In Notepad, that is opened, add the following lines in the beginning:
    http://www.gruk.org/server.met.gz
    http://peerates.net/...fiedservers.met
    http://peerates.net/...trueservers.met
  • Save changes in notepad
  • Unmark the two following options Update list of servers
  • Click on Accept
  • Go to Options/Security
  • In Update from URL, type:
    http://emulepawcio.s...et/ipfilter.zip
  • Click on Load.
  • Go to servers window
  • Remove all servers from static list
  • Remove all servers from list
  • In Update Server.met from URL, write any of the URL in point 4
  • Click on Update button
  • If you have selected Autoconnect only to servers on static list add the servers you want to static list
  • Double click on any server
You will get very less servers than now, but all genuine, don't worry about number of servers.

Cheers :D
