Skins Or Slight Changes To The Toolbar? Rate Topic: -----

the only skins i can find seem to just change the toolbar plus maybe a couple of other slight changes. arnt there any skins that completely change the mule??

No, eMule is not fully skinable yet. It is considered to implement it for future versions, but its not deceided yet.
