So it is safe to say, emule is pretty safe against complete noobs.
P2P is not piracy, it's marketing.
In fact, if your music or movie is NOT being downloaded, you should be WORRIED !
If you can't even give it away for free, how do you expect to sell it, stupid ?

Edit: I assume you mean that the IP's are shown in known clients list.

The probability to get caught should be:
Sum(PTGC of all files you share) / filecount
in average... and simply the highest PTGC of all files you share absolute (if there is one file with 100% then you WILL be caught)
Depending on the age of the files and the number of sources the probability to get caught varies from 0% to 100%. There is no other answer.
Download only legal files... or: learn to live and accept the risks of your deeds.
