P2P is not piracy, it's marketing.
In fact, if your music or movie is NOT being downloaded, you should be WORRIED !
If you can't even give it away for free, how do you expect to sell it, stupid ?

Yes, you are.

It is just answering a few simple questions, which should be no problem at all after you read the linked manual.
It is NOT an exam in rocket science.

hard limit 400
Max connections 400
Stop some downloads, not cancel them bit just stop unti you get 4000 found souces, then you can try id stopping some more downloads get a better responso or you can resume a stopped.one.
I suggest you make a speeed test, with all applications that use internet, including eMule, out.
Cheers

guilica, try being even more conservative than torpon, start at 50% of your announced bandwith and hard limit at 200, max conn at 200. When that works OK go up by 10% increments on one of the factors for 24 hours mini at a time. be patient.
I get great results at about 20% under the wizards settings with absolutely no instability, I can open 2 or 3 browsers with eMule running and I still upload more than you can probably download.
Get your mule running and start uploading, you will be fine
Good luck

Just stop download managers, if you have any, click on downloads button, select a mirror, and run installer.
Cheers
PS
Of course eMule has to be closed when you run installer
