Find "such And Such" Using Emule Multimedia Toolbar?

Most anything I used to type in came up until recently, now a lot of cd's I'm looking for don't. Now that Find "such and such" using emule multimedia toolbar comes up, and not as near as many downloads to click on. Is this something I need to use now, and anyone having luck doing it? I ususlly look for music, not much else.
