The internet is already anonymous, as long as ISPs protect user identity and website don't share user data.
Also strong anonymity doesn't mean secure. A Tor end note, for example, can capture private messages of Tor users that are not properly encrypted.
And secure, often means authenticated, or prove yourself who you are, not anonymous.

That depends on what is not anonymous. If anyone who goes on to you page on a social network can see what you are sharing in emule. Would you still share as freely as now?
