Removed Peerates from my links of where to get good server lists from.

Any news why that server is offline? Or is it somethin' else? I have not been able to access it for a week.

Nope, I'm using http://peerates.net/servers.php too! Unless I have been added to their block list (Fat chance!), I just cant seem to connect to it, even in browser.

What I did just now, and what I should have done before, was run a trace. There's a dead end between my ISP and Peerates, so until it's fixed, it's an impenetrable wall.
