The list you wrote contains fake servers. Write
http://www.gruk.org/server.met.gz
in Update server list from URL, and click update, or http://www.gruk.org/list.php

Cheers :D

HAve you read this before? Why Are My Downloads So Slow.

Download speeds greatly depend on the number of sources you find for the files you download and, believe it or not, luck. Other things that help are having good credits with the people that you queue up with and how much bandwidth the clients give you. Over most of these things you have no control.
