bah dans tous les cas tu es obligé d'enregistrer sur ton pc un fichier auquel tu accèdes, que ce soit une simple image sur internet explorer, ou même un fichier que tu veux télécharger pour lequel tu fais simplement "ouvrir", il sera enregistré dans des dossiers temporaires.

En bref: non
