WC itself .
Never had the privilege to receive data from proxy before , the question is :
is it normal that i could download only (very) little chunks (about 200Kbytes)from it ?

for sure. the proxy is inside your isps network so the transfer may use all possible network ressources. since the blocks are very small (180kb) there won't be much to transfer at once, though.

Only thing that I need, is files on PS to have priority, even with push small rare off, files with very low priority are still uploading first.

How about a setting to choose how man PS slots you give with a low/max upload kb value?
