Okay I have searched the forum for any posts containing these words, also used "q" as I have seen some spell it that way nothing came up. I even checked the sticky, and there is something about turning into virtual, but I need them as seperated media.
I can't burn something as CDRWIN tells me that it can't find or support the cue and something about command line 1. The reason I searched is that I have seen posts, I am sure I have, where there was some advice about burning a bin with out the cue. I can't for the life of me think what it was under. So if I have seen it can some one direct me to the thread, if not and it is a figment of my imagination can someone tell me how to burn a bin without the cue? Any help will be appreciated.

Open .cue with notepad and check if it is correct, path, file name etc
Example:
if the bin is wankingteletubiesextreem.bin
then the cue should look like :
Note:
Both files(.cue & .bin) must be in the same directory
Example:
if the bin is wankingteletubiesextreem.bin
then the cue should look like :
FILE "wankingteletubiesextreem.bin" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE1/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00
Note:
Both files(.cue & .bin) must be in the same directory
If it is not one thing, it is another....

Ok, so you have the cue file then.
The easy fix would be to open the .cue file with notepad. Change the filename in there to match the filename of the bin file and save. Then try burning your bin file again.
OR:
If that doesn't give you any joy, try converting your bin file to iso with a program like WinIso or UltraIso. (they are found pretty easily;) )
There are other methods a person can use, but I'm not particularly familiar with CDrWIN.
In Nero, you can force it to load a bin file without having a cue file ... If you don't mind the possibility of wasting a blank cd. There are 2 main .bin image modes, and a person can try them til they get it right. Not sure if that option is available in cdrwin.

Thanks to you both I did try the editing in notepad and got no joy.
@Jakal I will try the ISO thing. I don't use Nero as I don't like it, Roxio 6 is my burning software of choice and CDRWIN to deal with cues and bins. I will do a search for the programmes and give them ago. I will let you know what happens.
Thanks again both for the help.

Well I solved one by downlaoding a seperate cue. It is definately the cue corrupted as it is the same message each time, but I will try the programme you mentioned just to make sure, h0plaa.
Haven't had a chance to get the other programmes mentioned. But thanks a lot for your help.
Wouldn't believe I build and repair comps would you. Hardware I am fine with, software goes haywire and I am lost. Go figure.
