unfortunately, some rare files with only 1 complete source could be in red because that source is not connected ...
if you have also a router, your emule contact sources more slowly than with a normal modem ... and you can see in red your files because it requires more time (even though your files have high availability/sources).
you could also have bad servers, or you could be connected to a server with low users'number (with a high users'number emule contacts sources before) .... low or high users'number, emule uses the source exchange (clic)
