What Do You Need To Do To Get Release Working? Need help getting release going.

Hello, I producer a show in the Tampa Bay area called Next Level TV (www.nextleveltv.com) and I submitted a realease and it is not available yet when other people have submitted after me and theris is already accessable. Is there something I need to do?
