NeoLoader is a new file sharing client, supporting ed2k/eMule, Bittorent and one click hosters,
it is the first client to be able to download form multiple networks the same file.
NL provides the first fully decentralized scalable torrent and DDL keyword search,
it implements an own novel anonymous file sharing network, providing anonymity and deniability to its users,
as well as many other new features.

changelog 5.2.1 

- workaround to avoid crash on exit at some systems when sockets are closed
- fixed a small issue on uploading just completing files
- changed: the check if you lost the connection to internet is now less sensitive. 
Also you can specify at preferences.ini, Xtreme-section: internetdownreactiontime=x
the number of seconds without upload, until Xtreme asumes the internetconnection may be lost. Standard is 2.

remark:
- this mod has no USS (use nafc instead!)
- this mod doesn't allow unlimited uploadspeed
- the adjustable slotspeed is not an accurate speed, but a tolerant(can go 25% over the settings). Xtreme Mod decide itself how much slots are needed to best fit your slotspeed
- the uploadlimit is applied to overhead + data
- if you use NAFC, the uploadlimit is applied to whole networktraffic (also other applications) and downloadlimit is automatically adjusted
- the overhead includes TCP/IP + UDP-Header + blockpackage-header + ACK-packets
- because the uploadlimit is applied to data + whole overhead, you have to set your upload to min 11kbs to get unlimited download, but please set it to about 90% of your uploadcapacity

Le CLientAnalyzer a été mis a jour a partir de la dernière Tombstone de Wizard.
Le SafeHash passe de la version Slugfiller (SF-IOM) a la version Xman (oui je sais ,c'est quand même Slugfiller a la base)
Le QRdiff de Avi3k a été mis a jour
Le ReadBlockFromFileThread passe de la version Sirob (MorphXT) a la version Xman (Xtreme) avec toutes les améliorations que celui ci y a apporté
L'IP to Country passe de la version Slugfiller (SF-IOM) a la version Xman (Xtreme)

remark:
- this mod has no USS (use nafc instead!)
- this mod doesn't allow unlimited uploadspeed
- the adjustable slotspeed is not an accurate speed, but a tolerant(can go 25% over the settings). Xtreme Mod decide itself how much slots are needed to best fit your slotspeed
- the uploadlimit is applied to overhead + data
- if you use NAFC, the uploadlimit is applied to whole networktraffic (also other applications) and downloadlimit is automatically adjusted
- the overhead includes TCP/IP + UDP-Header + blockpackage-header + ACK-packets
- because the uploadlimit is applied to data + whole overhead, you have to set your upload to min 11kbs to get unlimited download, but please set it to about 90% of your uploadcapacity

Hi, I decided to release the language files seperatly. Further, I won't do any language file release myself. If you want the ScarAngel mod in your language please provide fully translated list of ScarAngel strings to me.
Aside of that, this version is - as stated in the subtitle - a stable release before 0.47b. Due to enourmous changes I did lately merging will get harder and harder every time.
